On Monday, May 21, my wife and I were headed home to Fritch, Texas (near Amarillo) from our place at Washita Point. We were about halfway between Madill and Ardmore when an engine check light came on on our 2006 Dodge and it began to run rough. I knew that there was a Dodge dealership on 70 that we had passed by many times and also seen your advertisements on T. V. Thank the Lord we made it there. The first person we came in contact with was Polly - she offered to get rid of some trash that my wife had. Then I entered the service area and was greeted by Mark. Rob was also there. Mark stated that he didn't know if he would be able to get the truck fixed yesterday but when he found out that we were on the road he asked us to give him 30-45 minutes to check out the engine light then we could go from there. He then proceeded to show us where we could get coffee, wait, restroom and vending machines. Luckily, about 45 minutes later Mark came to tell us what the problem was and that he actually had the part and that it would take about 2 1/2 hours to fix. He offered to shuttle us anywhere we wanted to go and just to let him know. There's more to the story but that is just the main part. Within 2 hours they had us back ready for the road. What amazed us it that in those few hours we probably came in contact with 15 or more of your employees. EVERY ONE of them smiled, asked us how we were doing and were just genuinely friendly. My wife commented to a couple of them that they must like working there because they acted like it. It was such an awesome experience for the both of us that we WILL consider buying our next vehicle from y'all! pressure during the whole process. Not to mention your internet price was very
reasonable as compared to similar vehicle in a 250 mile radius. When I arrived
at the dealership (after driving 5 hours), I was greeted immediately by your
friendly sales staff and made to feel at home. Everyone at the dealership was
GENUINELY nice, which is something I was not used to from my past car buying
experiences. The sales process went quickly and I was out the door in a matter
of minutes, not hours.
This is the 5th car I have purchased in my life and was by
far the most enjoyable car buying experience I've had to date. Kudos to you
guys and I look forward to working with you again in the future.
