Since purchasing my truck ,I have experienced ongoing electrical/computer problems. My truck was purchased at a different dealership. How ever CCD is closer to home and has a better quality service department. We are addressing this ongoing problem at least once a month and hopefully get this fixed….CCD techs and service personnel have been diligently working to solve this issue. Best of the best

I came in for a routine oil change, the service was great, but they were a little on the pushy side when trying to sell other parts they thought I needed to purchase. That type of customer service I don’t like. If I need something I will definitely let them know when I come in!!

This dealer spoke numbers to me on my terms. Unlike the dealers in Texas who demand personal information just to mention numbers. We spoke numbers via phone without anyone knowing anything about me. Texas Dodge has a severe problem with customer service. This dealership was friendly, and no pressure. This dealership made me feel welcomed and want to return! So I purchased two vehicles because Brendan put forth the effort to find the 2nd vehicle he did not have. My daughter will be wanting a Jeep and this dealership although in Oklahoma is number one on my list!

I did the build your truck process on the Ram website and it located what I was looking for at Carter County Dodge in Ardmore, OK. The only one within a 250 mile radius. I hit the Capital One Finance option on their website and pre-qualified for financing. Within 30 seconds I received a call from Kevin Bob. We worked the deal over the phone. I set an appointment for 2 days later. There was a little confusion on the location of the pickup but we got it worked out. They shopped my financing and got me a better rate than Capital One. ...

On the morning of October 11th I broke down in Ardmore and could not find anyone to make repairs. Spent the night and called Carter County Dodge and talked to BRIAN HERELL said get it towed to them so they could see what needed to be done. After the front end tech pulled off the passenger side front wheel he found major damage from a outer wheel bearing which called for a new spindle and bearing. My son wrecked his car leaving us scrambling for transportation. We found multiple affordable options at Carter County on the internet Friday night. Called them very early Saturday morning, made a deal over the phone with Sleepy in 15 minutes. Drove down from Norman to test drive it, the car was detailed and ready for delivery when we arrived. The paperwork was done, we just had to sign the sales order! We got away in time for lunch but not before we met Rocky, the owner, and found out why everyone had such a great attitude!
